Carmen and I we tried many things in our Life, beside our working and earning money. In the Year 2000 in Hong Kong we entered the Fitness World consciously and with determination. It was the Year, which changed our Life and gave us purpose on this Earth. It was beautiful to learn the physical and psychological part of our bodies, to shape, to form, to exhaust and to tone our muscles. We studied with meaning Yoga and Fitness to give our experience to others, who are in desperate need and to follow our paths.

Since we are in Skyros Greece with its enormous earth and water energy we know that it is possible to create a Life in Harmony and in Peace. It is all about us to wake up the inner God in us and transform our Life. Destiny is in our hands and by selecting the correct thoughts a harmonious and happy life is produced. Weak and fickle thinking produces a drifting and wasted life, and that positive thinking alone produces success and happiness.

With Yoga, Dr. Bach and Kinesiology we could not be wrong and this what we want to give all the people who decide to come to us.Here and now we want to send thanks and gratitude to Ed and Irma Gordon who showed to us that it is never to late and gave their unconditional love and help. We want to thank dearly our Parents who put us on the right path in Life, to our Sisters, to Julie and Clemens and our granddaughter who give us challenges to overcome and to all our friends in Germany and Skyros especially Effi who stood by our side at all times.
